What is Amazon Prime Gaming?

Prime Gaming is included with Amazon Prime and Prime Video. It offers in-game content for your favorite games, free games to download, and where available, a free monthly channel subscription on Twitch.

Prime Gaming includes the following benefits:

Member Access to Game Content - Get access to select games and in-game loot at no additional cost, offers may vary by country.
Twitch Benefits (where available):
Twitch Channel Subscription - Subscribe every month to a Partner or Affiliate channel to access exclusive channel-specific Subscriber perks that come with a regular subscription such as chat privileges, emoticons, badges, and more.
Exclusive Emoticons - Access emoticons such as KappaHD, ScaredyCat, and others, reserved only for Prime Gaming and Turbo members.
Expanded Chat Color Options - Set a chat color.
Member-Only Prime Chat Badge - Reign supreme with a unique chat badge. Prime members are easily identified whenever they speak in any channel across Twitch, by the crown icon.
Extended Broadcast Storage - Save your past broadcasts on Twitch for 60 days instead of the standard 14.

How Do I Claim the Mojo Melee monthly Prime Gaming Reward?

Ensure you have an active Amazon Prime subscription.
Log in or create an account on account.planetmojo.io.
You will be prompted to link your Amazon Prime account to your Mojo Melee account via Prime Gaming. Sign into your Amazon Prime account when asked.
Navigate to the current offer page for Mojo Melee on Prime Gaming. HERE
Claim the offer on Prime Gaming, then launch and log-in to Mojo Melee to claim your reward. ***Please note Offers must be claimed on the desktop browser version only. Once redeemed, you can play with your assets on the mobile android version which is in Open Beta.
When you enter the Main Menu of Mojo Melee, you will see an Amazon Prime Offer pop-up if your account is properly linked and the Offer has not been claimed yet.
Next, open the Shop.
Click the "Claim" button for the Prime Gaming Offer in the Shop.
Create a Digital Vault using Sequence. This will be used to store your Prime Gaming reward onto your Mojo Melee account. **Read more about Sequence below.
After creating a Digital Vault, your Prime Gaming Offer will be rewarded to you.

How do I access my content?

Link your game account with your Amazon account, claim the offer through Prime Gaming then:

Go to the Shop Page by clicking the "Shop" icon from the main screen.

Locate the Amazon Prime Offer and click "Claim".

Follow the on-screen instructions to set up your Digital Vault and claim your offer!

What happens to my content if I no longer have a Prime membership or my free trial expires?

Once the monthly offer is claimed, all content that is delivered to your game and Digital Vault is yours to keep, subject to any Mystic Moose rules or policies that may apply.

I collected the content but I don't see it in the game. What should I do?

If you’ve collected the content but don’t see it in the game, make sure that the Amazon Prime account you used to get the content is linked to the same account you use to play Mojo Melee. If the wrong account is linked to your Amazon Prime account, please refer to FAQ "I accidentally linked the wrong game account to my Amazon account. What should I do?"

I accidentally linked the wrong game account to my Amazon account. What should I do?

If you linked the wrong Mojo Melee account to your Amazon account, first unlink your account from the Amazon Prime Gaming site. Then re-link again from Amazon, this time to a new Planet Mojo Account and go through the account linking process again. Note that your in-game content can only be redeemed once by an Amazon and Mojo Melee account.

Where can I get this game?

Mojo Melee is available to be played on desktop Web browsers.

Will this content be available in the same regions that the game is available?

Some of the content is available via purchase or game progression in all regions this game is available.

Please note: Prime Gaming is not available in Russia, China, India, and embargoed territories.

Can I get this content on every platform I play on?

Yes. Content is available across all platforms where you've logged in with the same Planet Mojo account.

What is Sequence Wallet?

Sequence Wallet is a smart wallet designed to provide a seamless web3 experience to users. It allows players to create a non-custodial, multi-chain, account abstraction smart wallet with just a few clicks, eliminating the need for complex setups and seed phrases.

Why Sequence Wallet?

As we bring the game to full release and work with mobile platforms and other distribution outlets to bring the game to the masses, we needed a solution that would provide seamless onboarding for web2 players who had no familiarity with Web3, MetaMask or Blockchain.

We did an extensive review process of over 20 3rd party wallet providers, and remaining non-custodial was critical to us.

It also gives us easy access to new technologies such as Account Abstraction, Node Relayers, Batch Transactions and more. This all means a better experience for you, and all our players!

How will Sequence Wallet be integrated into Mojo Melee?

Sequence Wallet will be seamlessly integrated into Mojo Melee's in-game shop for a smooth and secure payment experience. All minting of Digital Collectibles will be done to a Digital Vault (Sequence Wallet). This feature will be enabled for all users soon. Web3 savvy users will be able to move their assets from a Sequence Wallet to other wallets if they choose.

Is Sequence Wallet secure?

Yes, Sequence Wallet offers smart security features, including non-custodial, multi-key security, key rotation, and account recovery. Your assets and transactions are protected with utmost care.

Will Sequence Wallet be available to all players in Mojo Melee?

Initially, Sequence Wallet will be integrated exclusively for Amazon Prime Gaming members, who will have access to special in-game rewards. However, we plan to roll out Sequence Wallet to all players at a later date.

Can I still use my MetaMask?

Yes, we will still support reading assets from MetaMask. We will be using Sequence to mint new assets (as well as read from). If your MetaMask is connected to the game, it will remain connected.
